Selling my first home with Marcel was a wonderful experience. He instills confidence in his clients and assures them that they are getting the highest quality of service. Not knowing many realtors in the Sudbury area, I decided to interview a couple to see who we felt most comfortable with and Marcel without a doubt came on top with his knowledge of the market and great attention to detail. Marcel and Tina went to work right away with tastefully staging the house (decluttering, moving furniture around, bringing in their own decor) while I was out of town and took ownership of the entire process.
